Severin Meister
CEO of Constantia Beteiligungs AG, Vadus, Liechtenstein

Severin Meister, born 9 January 1981 in Germany, is the CEO of Constantia Beteiligungs AG, an international investment holding based in Vaduz, Liechtenstein.

He is also a board member of Schrack Technik International AG, Chairman of Energo Aragvi Ltd., and several other companies across various sectors in Europe, Central Asia, and America.

Since 2013, he is a Senior Advisor to the Munich Security Conference. He served as Commanding Officer of a Submarine in the German Navy, as well as a member of the Policy Planning Staff in the German Ministry of Defence, Berlin. His current military rank is Commander / Lieutenant Colonel (NATO OF 4).

Severin Meister holds a degree in Law from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen and a degree in Economics from the Free University of Bolzano. He also studied Economics at the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid, Spain. His focus of the study was on Law and Economics, and he was a mentor to the Law and Economics program at the Free University of Bolzano. Severin Meister is a frequent guest lecturer on investments, taxation, legal stability, and free markets at several summer schools. Since the foundation of his first tech startup facilitating the use of databases for small businesses, he has also had a keen interest in the use of deep learning algorithms for the analysis of big data and the impact these new technologies have on businesses and society.

As part of his charitable work, Severin Meister is a board member of the Katharina Turnauer Privatstiftung, Vienna (an incubator for social business start-ups) and of the Otto-von-Habsburg-Foundation, Munich, and Budapest, (promoting the European unification across CEE). He trains boy scouts as a ship captain for the youth sailing association ‘Brigantine Falado von Rhodos’. 

From 1998 to 2010, he worked as Assistant to Dr. Otto von Habsburg in the European Parliament and on international assignments. 

Severin Meister is fluent in German, English, French, Spanish, and Italian. His hobbies include sailing on all oceans, skiing, jet surfing, and marathons.
